RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Standard Art Prints
We accept returns of standard art prints within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the print must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at studio@x8in.com to initiate a return.
Bespoke and Commissioned Illustrations
All custom fashion illustrations and bespoke artwork created by X8IN are made to order specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of commissioned pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on bespoke illustrations.
Damaged Products
If any product arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund—whether it's a standard print or bespoke illustration. Please contact us at studio@x8in.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the damage
How to Return
To initiate a return for eligible items, email us at studio@x8in.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and process your refund once we receive the item in its original condition.
